Our first venture
At Kentwater Labs, we believe the best way to refine our approach is to apply it ourselves.
Alongside the work we do with founders and organisations, we’re currently developing our first venture using the same principles that shape every client engagement.
The project is in its research and discovery phase, where we’re exploring the problem, gathering evidence, mapping the wider system and testing early assumptions before making decisions about product design or development.
Like every project we support, the focus isn’t on rushing towards a solution. It’s about understanding the challenge well enough to build something that is genuinely useful, intuitive and capable of creating meaningful impact.
